If you are a new patient, please visit our Services Page. On the bottom of that page there are FAQs that are likely to answer many of the questions you have about your first appointment. Also, be aware that as a new patient for either acupuncture or FSM, you must schedule a 2 hour - new patient visit. We require this time to conduct a health history evaluation. If you do not schedule for the new patient visit, we will contact you to reschedule.

Charm EHR (our scheduling progam) does not allow you to cancel appointments directly. Please feel out this form to cancel an appointment, be sure to include the date and time of the appointment you want to cancel.
